Shipping Hours
USPS picks up about 10:30AM & UPS picks up here at 2:30PM. So you need to have your order at least two hours before pick up for same day shipping. Usually I stress USUALLY orders will go out the same day if received by noon.
Shipping Charges
Even though it says on checkout your package will be delivered by UPS we may ship your package by USPS as well. Were working on ways to ship to reduce shipping cost. If you have to have it by UPS please specify that you have to have it that way.
UPS
UPS will not deliver to PO boxes.
USPS
Some Items we will be shipping through the USPS. Only small items will be shipped this way. You will receive a tracking number for your package, if you provide a real email address, so you will know how your package will be arriving.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of your product cost provided it is in resalable condition when received back. Shipping cost are not refundable.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund within 21 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2-4 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We ship UPS in most cases.
Shipping cost for GROUND shipping are based on a "Ship by Order Total" another words a flat rate based on the total dollar amount of the order.
If you would like your items faster than GROUND shipping please call or email for cost for expidited shipping.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
